I specialize in Mindful Yoga, a unique blend of various Yoga styles, Qigong (Chi Gong), and Breathwork. The primary focus of this practice is to foster body-mind awareness through gentle stretches and balancing exercises. Mindful Yoga not only enhances physical well-being but also nurtures the mind and mental well-being.
During my sessions, I offer practical advice and education, encouraging participants to continue their Yoga practice beyond the mat.
The ultimate goal of Mindful Yoga is to cultivate a heightened awareness of our connection to life, whether at work, home, or in any other setting. It empowers us to move through life with a conscious and mindful approach, enriching our experiences and deepening our sense of well-being.
My training consisted of and continues to be in the areas of Yoga Philosophy, History, Anatomy and The Phycology of Yoga. I bring all of these studies and my life experiences to give advice, education and a few smiles to people of all shapes, ages and abilities.
“When we take some time for ourselves in a gentle manner we gain a sense of calm. Mindful Yoga helps Improve focus and self awareness.”
